Can I sell an iPhone replica on eBay if I mention in the description that it isn’t an original Apple iPhone?

I have an iPhone replica that I want to sell on eBay. If I mention in the description that it is a replica and that the buyer must expect a replice iPhone, is that allowed? Thank you I would prefer it free but I don’t mind having to pay for it.

is it 2.1 or 2.2 because i have bought a headset that is not functioning properly (Microphone is far too qiuet) and it is 2.1 And it really isnt a real one? Its a knock-off or a fake? Cant i sue for that?
